Rampart Buffs Suggestion

@TheApexLegendNubI disagree with this for a couple of reasons.

1. Rampart isn't meant to be a "campy playstyle" type of legend, mostly just be proactive which can be tricky sometimes. Watch the gaming merchant since he does it the best with her.

2. Mobile Sheila isn't as "op" as you may think. Yes all the stuff you mentioned about why you think she's strong is true but you have to remember, that powerful mini gun, also comes with alot of drawbacks. Mobile Sheila is no exception as she has walking speed when shooting, a slower ads speed, and a longer wind up. Sheila is fine, most people think it's op because they either never played Rampart or rarely came across one so seeing how good she is is surprising to alot of people (and kind of annoying too lol)

3. Her ult charges pretty quickly so you don't really need accelerants, I guess you could start carrying 1 around if you plan on using Sheila at least a few times per game.
If they were to nerf Sheila, they don't need to touch the gun itself, it's fine the way it is. Just make it walking speed for both moving and when shooting and increase the wind up animation by 1-2 seconds.
