It makes you think more, I say your complaint is really more of we need a new legend to counter her mini gun, the more legends and diverse gameplay the better.

I think their will be a legend very soon whom is anti vechicle with lock on missles to take down emplacements or cars and other vecicles, Cryptos drone, how i would love to make you disappear with a ground to air missle and this type of character leads the ground work for mechs being an option in the game, also new types of anti vechicles weapons. 

I say broaden your horizon, why limit the way you can play?

Rampart is very defensive not everyone loves being run down by overly agressive players, if you charge rampart you should die fast and a reason to pick rampart. 
Who charges a mini gun? anyone?
