Rampart Wall, EQUIP WEAPON!

The recent change to have rampart keep her walls out after placing one is terrible, please return it to equipping her gun again, this really impedes gunfights!

@FreudianFondue Just gotta train your brain to quickly hit the Y button (xbox) right after placing one!
