@Palette24caratsBy the way the new rank system will be so hard to grind into that many won't play it and even less players will reach masters... which means preds and masters won't have enough players to play with... could be only 0.1% of players who reach masters. That means they could wait 20 minutes or more for a game? Or play with Gold? then they will again complain.
I see a rank disaster coming, all created BY and FOR the higher rank players.
They will never be satisfied and all they do is screw our fun.
@Palette24caratsBtw those masters and preds who you guys listened for to make those changes are the ones destroying our rank experience... they are the ones playing on secondary and third account through ranks playing gold, platinum and diamond lobbys during all the split while they actually are masters or preds on their main account.

We are the 99%, being killed by masters in lower lobbys and now we have to fall through ranks because those egoistical masters and preds are better than everyone hence they care not about our experience so much so they want us to fall through ranks... while they never fall and always grind!
So egoistical of them.
We want to grind too! Be it gold or platinum we don't want higher entry cost, 1 point per kill, 300 points demotions. Masters and preds dont care because THEY NEVER get demoted.
You need to solve the smurf in rank problem NOT make us fall through ranks because masters and preds feel we should.
- @Palette24carats To make things fair, how about a Demotion for Preds?? Like if they get 3 negative games in a row they loose 1000 points as a demotion.

I feel like too many people are placed way too high for their skill level this past season. I’ve been saying it should be a little harder to climb. I consistently get teammates that either don’t do any damage or push everything, not really caring about placement.
Ranked has always been designed around placement and kills/assist, not one or the other. The new changes further support that design philosophy.
Before freaking out about all the changes, and I agree it’s a lot, give it a shot. I think once you start climbing you’ll end up with better quality teammates. At least Respawn is not afraid to try something new.
