Ranked Arena AP system is still broke since launch of Arenas

I started out getting 42ap, went on a 11 game win streak and ended up getting 22ap when all said and done. Its supposed to matter about wins right? how do I win 11 straight and not even maintain the same level of ap a game? its broke and these DEVS just dont care. To worried about BR only and skins. Needs to be fixed, its pointless to play it as once you hit 12ap mark you CANT bring it back up you are stuck and you loose more ap then you gain. HORRIBLE SYSTEM
