Ranked mode need requirements

i think is better if add a requirements like lvl 100 to join the rankeds for example.

@EA_Blueberry There shouldn’t be any restrictions on playing ranked matches with friends, regardless of comparative rank.

@DarthVaapar for example:

you can't play with a bronze friend if you are gold
