RE-45 and Alternator buffs?
The Alternator is for the most part fine, but the RE-45 in particular is really weak, currently dealing 150 DPS while also being the least ammo efficient weapon in the game. 150 DPS is the same as the Spitfire, but you only get a fraction of the damage per magazine, and Spitfire is more built for mid-range combat and sustained fire.
What I'd like to see for these two guns...
RE-45:
Fire rate increased from 750 to 900. This would bump the DPS up from 150 to a more respectable 180. This shouldn't be too strong, since it would require even more frequent reloads, and the ammo efficiency would still remain the lowest. Also considering the R-301/Flatline deals 190 DPS, and the Volt/Prowler deals 208/200 DPS respectively, other weapons would still be a better choice, just not by as large of a margin.
If needed, it could get a tiny bit more recoil to push it more towards closer ranges.
Alternator:
DPS is currently 160, which is also on the weaker side, but rather than buffing the damage output... Give it a secondary fire mode that changes it to semiauto, where it fires both barrels simultaneously (RoF cut in half, so DPS doesn't change). Both bullets should always hit right next to eachother, even at longer ranges. This change would give it more flexibility at mid-range over other SMGs with 30 damage shots (2x15), without directly touching the DPS.
Optionally, this could be enabled by the Double-Tap hop-up, or if that's removed, Select Fire.
