I'm going to lock this thread because account bans aren't really something we can help with here on Answers HQ. 

If you haven't already, I'd recommend reaching out to the Terms of Service team so they can take a look at this. They'll need to determine if this ban can be overturned. You can find more details on how to set up a case with them at the EA Help website. The TOS team will follow up with you via email as soon as possible.
