Did you report the abusive player? I hope so. If not you still possible could if you have video you can send in. If not well, it is what it is.
Regarding the ban and the Terms of Services as Darko mentioned we can not help out here on the forum accept for advice and tips.
Now please do not get me wrong here but did you violate the Terms of Service by typing in something not nice? From what you said it looks like you did and however frustrating that game/player was two wrongs do not make a right. If for some reason you are able to get the ban lifted or you start a new account do not let yourself get baited into a situation like this, do not stoop down to their level. Do however report such players.

In regards to "two wrongs do not make a right". I think that is a very damaging mentality where the severity of victim's violation is not taken into account. Imagine if in real life you retaliated to bully and got punished severely. Account block is a severe punishment. Self-defense seems to be a very important thing in real life, yet it is completely ignored when it comes to computer game reports where one can suffer psychological bullying.
