Re: Controller players are 1v3ing us like its no big deal

Basicly controller players will totally destroy you if they get eyes on you first while youre runining in the open. But if its close combat you'll 9/10 destroy them completely. 

If the beloved game ever is gonna be real competetive wise, there is a need for them to change so when playing ranked its not cross platform. 

Well we  were 3 mnk irl ealeir today that meet controller players. so that isnt a thing

I’m not sure how strong the controller aim assist is when you encounter them, but it should be pretty hard to 1v3 regardless of whether they hit every shot. They literally have to do like 600 damage, whereas you only have to do around 200. Either the controller player really outplayed you or something. 
Also, keep in mind controller players can’t move when looting, nor are they able to move as well as a mnk player. 

@FaIIenAngeI777My son started this season. He is 14 but very good PS4 fortnite player. He has already had a 20 bomb and KPD of 11. His crew (all ex fortnite players) are rampaging through lobby's. I am watching and listening to the team speak and they are laughing their heads off at how strong aim assist is compared to fortnite.

Anyway my son is having a good time. Even if I will probably never play this game again.

The thing is I don't really care how strong aim assist is if it's all console players vs console players. I just don't think the 2 different types of input should play against each other.

@AcumentalI agree in a way, I feel like controller players should only play against other controller players, playing against mouse and key players dosn’t bother me but im always getting sniped by mnk players and Im a terrible sniper lol so I can’t snipe back to save my life

Idk how good your son really is but he probally got the 20 bomb in the lobbies against newer players before it put him into regular lobbies because its way easier to get a 20 bomb before reaching level 10 and thats why everyone makes smurfs, fortnites aim assist was really strong like a year ago i didnt even have to aim it did all the work for me but I ended up deleting fortnite because it just wasn’t fun anymore 80-90% of the lobbies were bots with only like 10-15 real players per match its a joke of a game

by bot i mean they would literally shoot in every direction instead of at you and just made it extreemely obvious...

@FaIIenAngeI777Your theory is struggeling when you just look at the avg steamnumbers its pretty clear that the game is far from dead on pc...Its probably the other way and ps4/xbox struggle to stay alive

And as smart imperialhal said once as his opinion on AA, Movement does not kill people but aim/shooting does

I couldn care less when controllerplayers use it against eachother, but i dont like to play against cheating people so get controllerplayers out of my lobby thx

But what i can tell you is that the game will die on pc if they dont fix the controllerbs...and if it dies on pc the competetive scene will also die cuz most competetive gamers are M+K players

I feel like part of the problem is while aim assist is too strong, a lot of players are using cheats or strike packs to get mouse and keyboard AND aim assist support like they have a controller. I'm being put into lobbies where people move like they have mouse and keyboard, but their aim tracks like a controller.

@matzesingtAll i know is queue times before steam were terrible, and everytime they release a new game mode i see apex predators every match because theres not enough players to fill but like I said that was before steams release, im not complaining though because I got into a team with backoffmyjankz and crazy rachet and in another game i got to kill Neenie as a shadow lol

@FaIIenAngeI777The problem there is that Apexplayers are for some reason very spoiled when it comes to queuetimes...

I dont see any problem to wait like 3 minutes for a dia+ match, why others do? in most other games you will have much longer queuetimes and its also fine there

By now it would be best if respawn just sold the right to valve or someone else that actually has exp with shooters
