I just switched from Xbox to PC and I’m wondering the same thing. I spent a lot of money on my Xbox account and even had an heirloom. It’s going to suck if I can’t get that on PC. Is I can’t I’ll probably go back to playing on Xbox because I love the game and want to play.

In this case that's a good thing! Cross progression has been confirmed as something being worked on, though it's not likely we'll see it until some point next year.
At the moment we don't have any other details, so in the meantime you'd need to play on Xbox if you wanted to keep using your current unlocks.
