All reasons why I'm a super casual player, the game is super unfriendly to its less than average players in terms of match making, learning curve, and toxicity.
The continued allowance of smurfs makes the learning curve even harder and throws matchmaking even more off balanced because on top of the regular sweats you get thrown into a lobby with, now you have to contend with some lvl 10 fake noob that just wants to make themselves feel good by mowing through easy lobbies.
I haven't had much of the issue with cheaters yet, but I don't really know how to spot them unless it's super obvious.

The new ranked system has also affected pubs as the competitive players who didn't like the new system, changed over to pubs.
