NEED HUGE NERFS, RANK UNPLAYABLE

Why is the meta like this right now? Ballistic is way too strong right now, his ult + kit is just broken. Devotion still melts way too quickly with barely any counter play. Nerf ash, alter and sparrow too. Every fight feels the same - run this setup (Which i dont) or get deleted. Other legends feel unbalanced and not even worth picking. It’s just frustrating right now. Game needs a rebalance ASAP. MAKE DEVOTION CARE PACKAGE AND BRING PK GROUND LOOT.
