Re: Death totem teleportation bug?
Perhaps your totem was destroyed close to the time you 'died' ?

- @TheJumpingJawa hmm I don't think so, It looked like as if I teleported back then slided towards the enemies, Beside I also think I have regained half of my health but I'm not sure.
