God yes, double tap weapon swap is the bane of my existence.

When you're rapidly looting ammo from a pill that's on either side of a weapon, it's all too easy to accidentally pick up the weapon.

Another pet peeve of mine:

When picking up attachments, if you initiate a weapon swap, and then pick up an attachment before the switch has completed, the attachment will be added to the weapon you're swapping FROM not the weapon you're swapping TO.

All too often this causes me to accidentally drop sniper optics, when I actually wanted to swap the optics on my primary weapon.
