Re: Distruptor + Alternator balance

I think really it just need to be balanced for range.

The disruptor ammo should be more effective at close range and barely active at long range, essentially the buff just get's less powerful the longer the bullet has to travel.

The alternator is perfectly fine where it is now after 2 nerfs. An R99 both has better accuracy and DPS and doesn't need a hop-up to get to that level. The Alternator is terrible at long or even medium range due to the spread.
