Re: Fortified and low profile

@zombieshoota5000 The reason for not putting fortified on all defense legends is only 2 of them are actually the biggest, the other 2 are much smaller and giving them fortified would give them a huge advantage in firefights, and just wouldnt be fair.

    @zombieshoota5000 I mean like pathfinder wattson does seem like she wouldn’t need it like she isn’t a big character but she isn’t really small like wraith and lifeline.

    Octane should have low profile or increased damage when he uses his stim that or they need to increase the health cost of his stem and increase it's cooldown loba's tactical could also do with an increase in the cooldown time as loba and octane stand they take a little bit of damage run away when you have to reload heal up take a little bit more damage runaway again and they just keep doing this so even if you're the better player they always manage to escape which is the reason why they put the cast time on wraith tactical ability has no legend should have a go out of jail free card

    @Hilshire12 octane should not have low profile and his stim should actually take away less health with it beings so much every 2 seconds or just have a longer time in stim octane should not be nerfed at all.
