Re: Give players a reason not to quit when there isn't a full team.

@DrWizardoIt does, one of the main reasons why people quit, is because the other team is curb stomping either by cheating or by being a smurph.

There's only two reasons why I would leave a game (willingly, not when the server forces me to):

1) Cheaters/Smurphs making it unbearably difficult to play, like no matter what you do, they get you. This was mainly with arenas and why I stopped playing it after its 3rd season of being in the game
2) Teammates who are way too annoying to stay in the game for, and by that, I mean they're so toxic and loot grabbing that trying to play that game isn't worth it.

Well, that happens all the time with or without having 1-2 missing team mates though.
I understand that a lot of the time you end up a man down anyway when your (looking at you wraith and octane) team mate rushes off from a poor drop into 85 teams and dies anyway.

I would say that while that is an issue, it might need an entirely different approach.

Here I am talking about even starting the game instead of people just instantly leaving because you're 1-2 players down, or playing a non stop up hill battle with little to no gains.
