What if a cheater is missing shots on purpose to make his stats look bad and play with cheats with lower skill players? What if a cheater is not using aimbot but only uses wallhack? What if a cheater uses aimbot with smoothing and accuracy percentage modifier?

It's not as easy as you think to distinguish hackers. There was a streamer streaming on YT with cheats for 11 hours straight and did not get a single victory on purpose. He would get around 10-12 kills (good but not god tier kill streak) and he had all the cheats on 100% of the time.
