- @RevMainPls How? I've tried removing all origin stuff and ea stuff deleting windows and downloading it again with a new account and still have the ban problem... id love to know how.. if you dont wanna type it out on this forum you can direct msg me email or whatever you're comfortable with
@RevMainPlsOne thing I’m hesitant about is buying ‘’used hardware’’ from ebay or some other site because I’m assuming if someone like Savage was to sell their used hardware with a Hwid ban and then I bought it wouldn’t that get my account banned too? I know this is alittle off topic but im just curious
I would not buy used hardware.
PS4, X-Box, Switch, or PC there are enough people that have claimed here on the forum that they bought a computer etc from a friend or someone else and that they cant play Apex or any other EA games because the account is insta banned after installing and starting the game. So yeah that would be an issue and more then likely the person that bought the hardware is probably out the money as well because private sellers did not mention the fact and the equipment was sold as in current condition.
- @TheApexLegendNub Hey man
Well usually HWID bans do flag the Motherboard/network macadress or/and your hdd/ssd.
So everything else is pretty save to buy used without having to worry about it.
But it depends on the Anticheat software, theoreticly they could ban every component. You can for example change the UUID and Serial of your motherboard, you can change the VolumeID´s of your harddisks and you could also change the macadress of your network adapter.
Wich i recommend you doing if you think of buying for example a used motherboard. Better save than sorry - @RevMainPls True better to be safe than sorry, I just know I will need to get a new graphics card eventually and with the shortage and price gauging I sure as hell won’t be buying anything new lol
