@APEX_je_sranje_2 The usage of caps, and big font doesn't exactly get anyone to want to read your thread. I'm also level 500, bought some (not as much) packs, and completed season 2-5 (since it was hard to grind season 1), and I also don't have an heirloom.
While it feels unfair, it's meant to be rare. Perhaps all those level 15's bought a bunch of packs, or perhaps they got hella lucky. I still want Wraith's heirloom and all the other legend's, but I doubt I'll ever get it.
TBH, I would stop dropping money into the game if it's not giving you what you want. Buying packs is literally gambling, since it's all random.

Assuming you only did season 3, 4, and 5, and maxed out each of the passes, and the 130 packs bought is on the level 500's account, I entered the numbers and got 375 total packs. (75%)
Your account needs to open 125 more packs to have that guaranteed heirloom. Maybe less, depending on luck.
I'm more or less 349 (70%) through my progress. So again, I would just not sink anymore money into the game unless you really wanna buy 125 or so packs just to get an heirloom.
TBH I wish they allowed Heirlooms to slowly be crafted with Legend tokens. Since we have a lot of those, where you can legit reroll challenges more than 100 or so times and have a lot, and buy reskins and *still* have a lot left over. But of course since it's meant to be rare to get them and EA wants people to spend money on packs, the Heirlooms would most likely cost a lot of Legend Tokens.
