Re: I hope these character models are not final. Please redo them.

You’re comparing a game (overwatch) that has a map that’s about 1:50 the size of the map on here. Something has to give when it comes t how many items need to be loaded in to a map. Try being a bit more realistic when it comes to your comparisons.

  • Overwatch's character models are hardly a a resource hog in a technical standpoint.

    That’s because they’re all smoothed over with cartoon type textures.

    Also, like I said previously - the MAP on a BR game has more items and textures, which cause more of a drain on resources.

    Something has to give.

    Overwatches MAPS are smaller, therefore there can be more clutter and higher resolutions.

    Pretty simple concept.
