@Asmodeus566 I know other games, (such as Minecraft), the IP of the router can get banned. I don't know about hardware banning a router instead, but I'm sure its possible.

Its a real shame that a game cannot ban something a player cannot spoof, VPN, or otherwise bypass. It would be amazing getting these cheaters out of our games.

    There are pitfalls to banning a routers IP address that can impact more people than the one that needs to be impacted.

    Hardware Bans target the specific hardware, which in many/most cases impact the individual that was breaking the rules.

    I agree it would be amazing if all cheaters could be removed but as we all know, it is a constant battle.
