Sorry to hear you haven't been too lucky as far as heirlooms are concerned here. You're definitely not alone as this is the rarest thing you can find in Apex. 

Keep in mind that heirlooms come from packs, so your level has nothing to do with whether or not you receive an heirloom. 

There is a small chance to get these in normal packs, and as others have mentioned you're guaranteed to get one in the 500th pack if you have not received one by that point. Note that is your 500th pack, not your 500th level.

While it's ok to discuss the drop rate for heirlooms, please don't spam as bumping a thread multiple times like this is against the forum guidelines, thanks.
