I posted this article and then someone moved it into a group discussion about skill based matchmaking for some odd reason. EA mod moved it back for me.

True. We want to choose whether we want to play vs autoaimers or not. Mnk players want to play vs mnk players, controllers vs controllers. How hard is that to do after all these years?

There were less cheaters when there was no crossplay.

Cross-play has ruined the game on PC. Input-based matchmaking needs to be added. ALGS should be split by input too, but EA will never choose to shake up the pro scene like that. Even though everyone knows the controller pro scene would die out if they split by input, they still cater to them at the expense of the native input on PC. It's a joke.

I play mostly controller, but would switch to mouse & keyboard immediately if this got added. Thanks for commenting.
