Re: iron crown refund

Same here. I tried to contact the support abou tthis matter, they say the EA forum is the place to ask for a refund. But there are many topics about this and they simply ignore it.

@DeathsUniicorn Are you kidding me, when it was $170 you were more than willing to pay the money as it's disposable income "just for bragging rights" now it's cheaper you feel ripped off, Spend ye money more wisely my man and not on mtx in a ftp game.

Also they'll most likely just ignore all pleas for refunds, it is EA after all.
  • @Kaira-UK- more like "OH * these skins r only here for 12 days and they said they wont be around ever again so i should get them while they r here" dont be pissy at me because i dropped money i worked for to buy the skins u couldnt or wouldnt buy at the time. and now that they r at a cheaper price everyone who paid the full amount should be getting a refund of some sort. a large majority complained they couldnt afford it and the price was * and the company listened, but that * those of us over who had already paid for them/started to pay for them

@DeathsUniicorn Yea bro I gotta agree with Code Leaf (LMAOO BTW) but if your willing to gamble for the chance of getting your skin then you shouldn’t be asking for refunds. It was your decision to spend the money can’t do anything to change that.

@DeathsUniicorn Dude I honestly don't care about the skins I just think it;s pathetic that you "claim" to be supporting the title and now you're asking for your money back, it's rather contradictory.
  • @Kaira-UK- again its because myself and others thought the skins only would be around for a limited time and actually dished out the cash to pay for it.

@DeathsUniicornthen you were supporting something you believed in, asking for a refund is like saying "oh you're going to support a company but NOT for THAT much even though I alrdy paid it" or quite literally "WAAAAAH They;re getting it cheaper *proceeds to stamp feet like a child*". Well done champ you win at life 🙂

@DeathsUniicorn That’s like going to the store and buying a TV at a certain cost and then next week or two They’re having a clearence sale so they can restock. YOU BOUGHT IT at its current market value, it sucks it does but it doesn’t change the fact that YOU BOUGHT IT. You can’t ask for a refund on something that was previously sold at a set price. You guys got played yes. Just think next time weather or not it’s worth the value you put into the cosmetics
  • @Kaira-UK- kind of like being "waaaaah im so mad and upset ppl r actually paying for this * and they can afford this * but i alas can not so myself and others r going to complain until we get what we want then mock the ppl who already shoveled out the cash for it "

@CRRAZYM3X1CANO thats sometimes called price matching and if u actually go to bestbuy or another large retailer and u show them ur receipt and when u bought and ur like yo i bought this last week when it was not on sale but this week u do have it on sale. they normally honor the sale and give u back the price difference. ur not asking for a refund ur asking for a difference in balance.

@DeathsUniicorn dude I can afford it I have over 30 grand sitting in my account but I;m not gullible to buy skins in a game, that being said if you go to a store and buy a phone then the next day they put that phone on sale they wouldn't refund the difference. Instead act like a grown up bite the bullet and learn from your mistakes it will help you grow as a person.
  • @Kaira-UK- so ur gonna tell me u never bought a in game item in any game ever? again READ my dude. if u have EVER gone to a store and bought a big ticket item and u see that item on sale the next week im not talking about months later i mean the very next week after u bought it and u go in person to the store (i mean actually going in and talking to them not going in screaming and yelling. asking them what r there options for price matching after a purchase date and how long the window is open on that because all stores have different policies.) and u show them ur receipt and the sale ad they currently have running they will normally either give u in store credit for the difference or just give u the difference back amount on ur card.

@DeathsUniicorn Again you're lying, my husband bought a new mobile phone and hes much nicer than I am temper wise but the very next day the store put a promotion on selling it cheaper, so he went and asked about what his options where you know what his answer was? None as he had already purchased the product he paid for so you my good friend are lying and you need to pull your head out of the clouds and grow up. Also no I won't buy things in games cosmetic wise because I'm not stupid or gullible with my money.
  • @Kaira-UK- again either ur lying or the store he went to doesnt offer it. target does it on big ticket items, so does sears and so does bestbuy. i worked at target as an over night stock employee and as a sales team agent. and by sales team agent i mean the ppl who go threw the store changing the tags on the items on sale, moving the displays around etc. we knew 2 weeks or more in advance what items would be on sale and when. when someone who works there and isnt on the sales team tells u they dont know when it goes on sale they arent lying only the sales team and the store manager or the area manager for that team knows. we had big screen tvs on sale the week after someone bough it(the time frame for stores around here that honor it is all 7 days again look at the above store listing) they came back and talked to customer service and the store manager approved the price difference on them. they were doing a payment plan on the tv they hadnt paid for it in full. the store manager just took the ( i think it was only about 100) difference off the bill total he didnt give it back to them but he still honored the difference. sears does this on there washers, dryers, refrigerators etc. when u didnt buy it in full and u were on the payment plan to pay one of the items off they either took the sales price off the total amount owed or gave u a gift card for sears for the difference but they wouldnt give u actual money back. best buy will give u the money back on an item as long as the money amount isnt over a certain amount. every store manager is allowed to do this at there own discretion. again all stores have different polices and exemptions. ur husband would have had to adhere to whatever ur local stores guidelines on that policy r. he could have asked before he bought the phone"so do u have any price matching after the phone is fully bought and paid for or if im making payments. say i buy this today and next monday it goes on sale for 75 dollars less, if i bring my receipt in will they credit my account for that 75 dollars or do u have any options like this". i always ask stores there policy on these kinds of things before making a large purchase like that
