How do you know its [Edit - Admin.] that gets you banned? Many unexpected bans happens due to banned hardware/shared computers with a cheater. Also, Respawn also often ban multiple players retroactively for using exploits, like banner farming outside the ring with premade enemy squads, map glitch exploits or various loss forgive exploits.
As I have not used any exploit or cheat I cannot have been banned for that.
I do not share my account or do boosting or whatever.
I play with my two IRL friends most of the time and we are not even good.
And I have played this way since season 1, over 1100hours gameplay.
The only new thing added to the mix was the [Edit - Admin.] Apex Stat Tracker.
I installed the app to see my improvement over time with weapons, 3 games later I'm banned.
One very suspicious thing is that after the first ban nothing showed up in "my ban history", and as said I was unbanned after 24 hours.
Only after I asked why I was banned in the first place, they permabanned me.

Thats exactly what I have done.
However they wont tell my why I was banned. "We will also be unable to provide any details regarding our internal procedures." (see attached images)
They just point to the ToS and that I have cheated...
But as stated before I have not, something must trigger a false flag.
Why wont anybody tell me anything, I'm wrongly banned.
If the team you are referring to does not help me, what should I do?

Yea that's the feeling about ToS team right now they just don't care enough to help me resolve this.
I was able to get my EA data to get a better understanding of again why in the first place I was banned.

Not sure what program was mentioned, though if they had to take it out of the thread then I'm sure it's definitely something that's not allowed in-game.

Yea I guess, I have asked them if it is the reason for the ban but they wont answer me.
It's a very popular tracker program to track your progress ingame, I was under the impression it was ok to use as many other FPS games allow it, for example Valorant, CS2, LoL and Diablo.
Would be nice to know WHY I was banned.
Hello, I dont know if you will see this since it has been a long time, I banned just after buying battlefield 1 on steam and playing 80 minutes only in single player mode. no reason given. I tried to dispute but I am pretty sure nothing will happen. this was my first EA game and first account. Hopefully I can refund on steam but I want to wait for their second response before I do. If they tell me again the ban was correct then its goodbye to EA forever for me.
Anyways when I see you looked into your EA data, I did the same just to have some kind of closure as to why I got banned. The hilarious thing is there isn't any reason lol.
