What I said, is that insta-leavers should be punished, when you're playing with a duo you can tell is on dicsord or anywhere else, and you see they won't pick you up, there's no need to wait, but whenever you have a downed teammate, do you intend to leave him be or want to ress him/pick up banner? I, honestly died so many times because I wanted to pick a banner that I can't count, so those are completely different things, but this can't be skipped I guess, penalty for everyone.
