@Grimshock77 no consequences, no learning. Same behavior, so what should change? There has to be a penalty in Casual also.

Had three matches yesterday, where one of my teammates leave the game, because he died first. Maybe cause he was not believing we gonna win that fight. But we did. And this behavior would stop then.
