@rzer0knightIf you are on pc, you can buy them in a double pack directly from origin for 20% off and get both for $31 and they will automatically be added to your account as soon as you purchase them
If you purchase seperately they are $20 a peice so its a good idea to pay $31 for both I did it and Ive been enjoying it, The prowler and flatline skins are amazing aswell

Note: i believe the issue you are describing are players who had issues that preorderred it or bought/orderred online seperately and had them shipped to them so they had to type in a code (only one code would work per acc until it was fixed), If you purchase through origin this issue dosnt happen atleast for the double pack because its added straight to your apex account
