You'll see the current damage numbers for them. Do note that they are if all pellets land obviously. I had updated the Mastiff information yesterday to match Season 5. Those are the numbers it can do. What's funny is how weak a Mastiff is to Fortify Legends. You see the 88s? Even if Gibby/Causitc has level 2/3/4 helmets. You'll get a lot of 11s from fortified legends but if your shots are missing. But most of the time you might land the majority of them.

As for EVA-8, everyone already knows the stats for it but feel free to look at Double Tap info if you want. Just remember that Double Tap has a slower fire rate in Burst mode and takes 2-4 shots.

Personally, I haven't fought anyone with using Double Tap vs Mastiff. I have won fights with EVA-8 Auto Mode vs Mastiff but Mastiff usually wins about roughly 80% of the time or I just suck. 😛

When I use a shotgun in Season 5. I am usually now using Hemlok/EVA-8 or Hemlok/Mastiff. Followed by the other classics (R-99/R-301/Havoc/Flatline + either Mastiff or EVA-8).

Mastiff is a weaker Peacekeeper, and I'm 100% okay with this. The horizontal line spread also helps with chipping more consistently, for the times when you just need that last bit of damage to finish them off with.

EVA-8 is mostly fine. Just wish that they either removed the dry reload (basically, always do the tactical reload animation) to make it reload faster, or just boost reload speed in general like they did with RE-45. Else, increased mag size from 8 to 10. Would prefer faster reload.

And while not mentioned in the topic... I'm gonna include the Mozambique due to it being a shotgun. Increase mag size from 3 to 6, OR make it have a sub 1.5s reload regardless if tactical or dry reload, like the P2020 got. I'd prefer 6 shots personally. It'd bring the gun out of the meme tier and all the way up to still-bad tier, but it'd make it so I might at least CONSIDER using it with Hammers.

Peacekeeper is fine as a care package weapon, though should have come with a 1-2x holo instead of the 1x threat. With the insanely tight spread when choked, I honestly think the 1-2x holo would benefit it more.

Well, I dropped 14 kills with a 3x G7/Mastiff. I need to review the video but will be uploading it to YouTube. I didn't really hit people hard with it during the match. Good thirsting weapon though.

We need to give the game more than one day to see the true place of champions and weapons. It’s also important that whom you are playing against?

If you are playing ranked and in high ranks above diamond, then getting more than 10 kills with one weapon deserves a consideration. If one is playing in casual modes or in low ranks, it could be by chance or because facing weak opponents (I’m not talking about anyone at the moment, we must give the game a month to settle first)
