They probably know they did fk up pretty bad on that whole queue system but just dont do anything about it. It's been said for too long, and we have lost way too many good players for the lack of working ranked experience for peoples playing without teams. it's a problem that is creating itself and one of the biggest reasons why at competitive level peoples are so bad, because there just is no working representive of skill. their statistics in the post ot news was based on false information too. those statistics might show % of players at elo, but they definitely dont realize why peoples stop playing at certain elos
