@SolitaryMassacre The Havoc is a difficult gun to use, but the L-Star is insanely OP! I mean, just crouch and hip fire the L-Star and you'll be insanely accurate while blinding enemies looking at you, the L-Star definitely needs a nerf, but the Havoc's fine where it is. Also, the crouch walk with Rev while hip firing the L-star is such an OP tactic! I downed a purple armor guy while I had no shields and then thirsted him for his shields (he had a Bique and the R-301), and I never actually took any damage. The Lstar needs a nerf, and not because I've been killed by it too often, but just because it's way too easy to kill anyone with it.
