So a known problem that I have to always stay very aware of to have a good experience with match making Pffft. How about they fix it? Havoc is still a broken gun. Path was done wrong explain why Lobas recharge is 20 for a large map displacement and path is 35?  some basic principal for movement. Gun play was always the focus if you can't shoot a grappling/zip lining pathfinder then that person should reevaluate their ability tho play. He is a very easy target and takes  5% more damage and now an unbelievable charge time for his normal ability?  He is not a small character like lifeline or Wrath. He is built like Revenant and he doesn't take 5% mmore. They say cause of mobility but they took that away from him so none of that made since. I hear excuses not solutions
