Re: No fill solo queuing - slower shield upgrade?

Yeah it's a pretty decent disadvantage for players that play no-fill.

I myself play a lot of games where I just no-fill and try and see what I can do, but I don't think this will be too much of an issue.

There still are a lot of ways to get your shields upgraded, you just need to make use of the options that don't really involve much with killing squads.

If you get a squad kill at the start of the game and focus on world interactions and a harvester, then you're going to be fine as far I'm aware.

It does require some adjustments on the part of the player, and I get why some might be eager to suggest a boost for solo players, though I think it's good to let it play out for a bit and let them balance it first for team-based gameplay.

As Respawn's focus mostly lies with the team-aspect, I personally think it's quite unlikely for them to add a boost or something alike in the no-fill mode, so I don't think this'll be tweaked soon.
