Re: Remove Singapore servers and add new Asian ones

@AfdhelMunaj same thing is happening to me in this new season 15. takes 15min to get into a game in sgp server so I tried palying on tokyo with 200-300ms which is unplayable.

    Dev Team says they listen, its been 2 years now. NO Asian/Indian Servers. too high ping to play
