Yupp, you get a confirmation mail when your report leads to a bann so if you didnt get any, then it means that your report didnt get through. Unless they type certain words, they wont be banned for toxicity and unless the "victim" is a streamer or pro with connections to EA/Respawn who can ask them to ban manually, then people seem to get away with saying whatever they want on the team voice channel. I got quite a few angry, flaming premade duos banned in ranked this season haha.
But they will not ban for just subjective toxic in game behavior like "not ressing", or "tea bagging" etc. It would be so stupid if they did haha. And the reason why most people dont get feedback for cheating-reports is ofc because they are false. People report for cheating because they get one-clipped or pre-fired around corners, which hardly is a proof of cheating. I mean, how can you NOT one-clip with this OP R301 with purple stabilizator and 3x scope. Its like a beam ffs.
