I completely agree, currently he is very weak as a stand-alone he only is better when having a combo with Revenant his passive is the only thing that actually gives him any ability to stay in the meta if it’s reduced for a movement character he isn’t even the best in his own category. Anyone can use his jump pad bangalore is faster and path finder mains can fly across the map faster. The last update to him worked well if decreasing the health regeneration is what is wanted I think they should increase his speed and or length of his stim time cause even now he doesn’t feel very fast
