Agreed. the matchmaking is very harsh to players that isnt that good. I am even quite reluctant to use the term SBMM since that implies that it matches equally skilled player, which it doesnt... I might be above average but I am no pro by a long shot and in my experience, both based the low skill level of enemies I kill and the low skill of my usual teammates, I really, really understand that this game must be frustrating. I have 2.4+ K/D and sometime I fight someone who cant land a single shot at me even if they have a free flank; they jump on me from behind, misses everything and I just turn around and one-clip them. No wonder people think that people are cheating when they match player of such varying skill level together...
But just like I told @marcmc1979, what is a better option? IMO, it SHOULD be ranked mode but Respawn are to chicken to actually implement measures against Smurfs, including soft resets, which practically is a built-in smurf system. They also need to extend the amount of time you can spend in lower division IF your skill belongs down there.

The matchmaking is hars for everyone. I've been playing quite a long time but I'm nothing special and I mostly soloqueue.
Everytime I go into a game I'm faced with premade pred squads which is not fair in any sense. It makes the gaming experience absolutely terrible.
I'm level 55 on PC right now (played on console from season 1) and when I load into a trios game at least 50% of the dive trails are pre-made master/pred squads. It's just ridiculous.
The biggest and only change that the matchmaking is, is to put solo queue players against other solos (when possible)
