I was a little confused when I was trying to work out the badge system at first as well. I’ll try my best to explain it 

The numbers shown below the badges you’re chasing doesn’t equate to every individual kill you have made, or every win with an individual character, the numbers are showing your Tier progression within getting those different badge levels. Every Badge Tier level has a slightly different design to it or moving animation. 

Your stats are are being recorded for each game but they don’t show individual numbers and once you have completed the first Tier the Badge instantly becomes available for you to use.

  1. Variety Show: In Season 1, get X kills with 7 different legends. Five tiers: [1, 5, 25, 50, 100]
  2. Glory Seeker: In Season 1, achieve a top 5 squads standing X times with 7 different legends. Five tiers: [1, 5, 10, 25, 50]
  3. Wild Frontier Champion: In Season 1, win X games with 7 different legends. Five tiers: [1, 5, 10, 25, 50]
  4. Bonus Round: In Season 1, earn 250,000 bonus Battle Pass Points with X different legends. Two tiers: [7, 9]

So for example the 1st Tier for the Variety Show is getting 1 kill with 7 different legends. Second Tier is getting 5 kills with 7 different legends and so on

    I know but when it says 1/5 I believe it means only one legend has completed that task. That’s what isn’t registering. ☹️

    No it means you have completed Tier 1 of 5 not that you have only got 5 kills on 1 character 😛👍🏼

    Everything is registering fine, it only highlights the number for the tier you are at. The only numbers that will ever appear are the specific numbers for the tiers. While you are at 1-4, the 1 will be highlighted. Once you progress past 5, the 5 highlights. It highlights the number correlating to the tier that will be shown if used.

    lol... well basically if you haven’t got a Seasonal Badge yet and you’re going for the Variety Show you need to get 1 kill on 7 different Legends and VOILÀ, you my friend, are tier’ing up!

    Tier 1 of 5 down, then you move onto the next Tier which would mean getting 5 kills on 7 different Legends and so on and so forth. Have fun 😛😃
