Yes, Season 12 network is bad, I constantly run into people lagging, skipping, squirting all over the place, near impossible to shoot.
Then I am laser beamed in the blink of an eye by LVL 23 players, which I know are cheating too, because with 2600 hours in this game, I know how long it takes to kill people, and it's so amazing how so many of these low level players play like a pro... TOTAL BS!
I mean I have played in pro lobbies before. But this time it's not my fault why my shots are not hitting like they used to. I feel like I'm playing in S0 again when you did not have to aim to hit a target. I'm aiming with a sight at a non moving target with a 301 and the shots are going around them. They might as well shut the game down for a bit till they tweak these problems. I am sure the community would understand if the end product was worth the wait.
