Almost 2 years on from your post and still no Canadian servers. I wonder if it's viable for Respawn.
I'm in Edmonton and get a pretty consistent 90ms in game. Was hoping for something better than around 100.
Hopefully one day we have at least one local server.
At least it’s consistent 90 for you. I’m out by drumheller and I have anywhere from 130-250 and it’s super unstable playing on anything. Closest is oregon.
Ah, that sucks! I wonder if that has to do with traveling along the cabling to get to a major city within Canada first.
Nowadays, mine is actually more around 70/75 to Oregon, which is fine. It would still be great to get half that with a local server. Hopefully the player base in Canada is such that that's something Respawn would consider.
