I don't thin it would help. Players usually disconnect because they don't want to wait. The punishment in the ranked mode helps a lot, but there are cases when team mates rage disconnect too. I think adding a bonus for "No Teammate Left Behind" would have more benefits. If somebody stays in the game (if there is a way to re spawn him, so the same rule as we have in ranked) then he would receive a massive bonus, maybe a legendary tokens would help.

    I'm not for an idea to reward people for doing something they should be doing. Only talking on the "don't quit before the whole team is dead". No one should leave before they see the words their team is eliminated.
