Let me redirect your attention to the technical issue forums, where thousands of players are having d/c errors and EA cant identify why. I would be willing to bet most of the people "bailing" are simply just disconnecting because EA is having server side issues. Wait until they patch it and then you'll see less disconnects hopefully. After they get it together im sure theyll implement some type of system to penalize.
I wasn't aware there was a DC issue. I haven't DCd once. I know some people did leave because I took their legend though since they even announced it.
No XP is not a penalty at all. When the DCing gets fixed, if it continues to be a problem I firmly believe there should be a 10-15min penalty for leaving mid game or something. One guy left mid game, just said "yea im out" when there were 8 squads left....

I agree with you that there needs to be some delay or some kind of penalty besides no xp. No xp is nothing. I have had people curse out whoever took their character and then say more stuff as they proceed to leave. This is also when both are teamed up and leave, leaving you alone the whole match. Also I've had people leave because someone does not chat or have a mic. I've won many matches not talking to anyone and the game provides a way to play without ever saying a word. Again the curse whoever out and leave, This is not good for the game because it can make some people feel or not want to play because of how some people treat them for picking a character or not having a mic.

The person who got bailed on loses XP too cause you don't last as long in the game with solo or even 2 members, so there's an XP loss there. Not sure what's so hard to understand for these guys saying they don't need a penalty. (Xerosum) lol
