Make the bots far more realistic in their movements to evade, and with various tactics (e.g., rush and attack in the open versus hug cover), and let them renew their shields and health if we back off to do the same as well. Also, it would be nice to either have only one bot to deal with if that is what you want.

I was training against the AI bots the other day, and whenever they wanted to run through a door, they get stuck in a running animation because they can't seem to open the door.

Fab post and thoughts I fully agree with the following that you suggested: 

"Advanced AI: Allow the bots to walk around circular objects in a straight path from point A to point B and change locations. Give them stronger patterns to follow. It would be great to have 2-5 bots roaming through the firing range so we can practice firing at targets while they try to get behind objects. This would require us to time our shots when they come into view.

Better Aim: The aim of the bots in the firing range currently mimics the old firing range. They have poor aiming and only shoot in bursts, lacking the real feel of a skilled opponent rapidly firing a high-powered weapon with accuracy. Even though there are a lot of bots, they still can't hit you most of the time, even when doing a minimal strafe."

Maybe add a trident or two to the firing range.

I like the zip lines, it gives us plenty of opportunity to practice shooting as we zip.

What would be the purpose of having a trident on the firing range? Would it be to practice shooting as a passenger? I could see that. But the firing range is simply too small to support even one trident at the moment. And you would need another player to drive or a bot to drive for you.

What would be extremely cool is if we could go into any of the season maps to practice on and explore without the feeling of having to engage at a moments notice.

Halo has a forge mode and a custom games mode that allows you to do that. The Apex customs games mode doesn't allow you to simply explore the map alone. You need to have at least 30 players to launch a custom game. It would be nice if you could launch a custom game on any season map in an EXPLORE MODE and people can join if they want.

Ping suggestion

so every time when u ping u can say someone to wait,ok,or no but why dose that feature dose not work when enemys are pinged pls add that to enemy ping

don't know if you're still checking here, but i wanted to add could you guys please make it so you can turn off the dummy's red outline when viewed through walls? it's hard to practice target acquisition from behind cover when you can already see where the dummies are.

also, being able to programme a repeating dummy movement would be so powerful. you'd basically be turning the range into the most powerful aim trainer out there.

Things that would be great additions to firing range;

Add aim assistance tuning

Please add an option to turn off the glow on the dummies. It makes it a little distracting on tracking and if you turn bots to full combat it’s a little annoying to practice with wall hacks.

I would love if the Firing Range Dummies highlight/outline had a toggle in the firing range settings. It defeats the purpose reflex training if you can see the dummies through walls!

Last update bugged the Moving Targets!

Can't climb on them anymore, which is very annoying as it hinders doing a moving aim warm-up. \

Hope this gets fixed ASAP

Maybe a 3 tier setting for aim accuracy?
