I don't want to sound like an insensitive idiot but then you may as well just make the game tell you exactly where the enemies are if you want it to show you on screen when ever there is a noise

- Its stupid idea that would be abused by everyone, sorry but games like this might not be for you.
This isn't a stupid idea actually and Fortnite already has a feature like this that works really well. It also levels the playing field by disabling all Audio in the game so someone who isn't deaf can't abuse the tool. It was also designed mostly for the mobile version but the developers then realized the Visualise Audio feature really helps the deaf. Games like this can be for the deaf and all it takes is one feature that's already be tried and tested by their competitor to make the game more inclusive to Deaf players.
