Community Manager@SiamangGagap I see that @Asmodeus566 already explained everything in his post. I just wanted to add that if you suspect a player may be playing unfairly or if his behaviour is against our rules, you can use the steps detailed at the following link to report them.

Now the least i want is to unlink the BANNED account from my Nintendo Account and delete the BANNED account. i don't want it anymore
Deleting accounts or unlinking accounts Just so you are aware EA will not Delete or unlink accounts that have Active Bans on them. The Ban would have to be lifted before you can delete the account.

I have been permanently-banned in Apex Legends without reason (according to "ban history", the reason is blank)
I requested all my data and found out that "Competitive Advantage" is the reason.
As I have not cheated or used an exploit, I feel wrongfully banned.
When asking the ToS team about the reason (in order to even be able to defend myself) I got the response:
"We will also be unable to provide any details regarding our internal procedures."
1100 hours+ of game time and a lot of money down the drain and EA wont even tell me why they decided to randomly ban me.
As stated I'm 100% sure this ban is "made up" this response from EA makes me furious.
