Sorry to hear you've been having these issues when you're just trying to play.

A reason you'd still see the penalty even in the case of a disconnection rather than directly leaving the game is because that's still a situation that causes your team to be placed at a disadvantage, whether intended or not.

If this is something that's happening regularly, we'd want to instead go through some troubleshooting steps to try and keep this from happening in the future so it's not disruptive to the game for you or others. Running into constant game crashes on a weekly or more frequent basis is definitely not the typical behavior so we'd want to look into this as a technical issue if so.

    @EA_Mako While I understand that this happens in case of a disconnection, what's the deal with game crashes as a result of bugs and server crashes? We're getting triple penalised for bugs and errors (there are plenty - I currently cannot use the L-Star because it regularly crashes my game) in your game and servers by losing out on our games, getting our account time and then losing double RP. It leaves the player wanting to not play because it's just ridiculous. Add a feature to provide feedback on suspensions that happen as a result of crashes. You have the error logs, no?

    @EA_Mako The same thing happens to me at least once every night I play It's super annoying and makes me not want to play the game. ☹️ What sort of technical issue would it be? I have 1GB of internet (and yes I use ethernet), only have four devices on my internet, and I have an up-to-date PC.
