@MoNosDirtyGaming Sorry, but I have to disagree with just about everything, mostly because you think you can speak for the rest of us, but also because you're just wrong in general.

    @S8N_Spawn I happen to agree with a large portion of what's been said. Not all of it, but a big portion.

    For me, cheaters are the main and obvious killer of enjoyment and fresh players. No one wants to join or play a game where a cheating try hard runs amok with zero recoil and no repercussions, particularly as the influx of smurf accounts is now at record-high levels. This means that experienced cheaters are making new accounts and using mods to zero-recoil the new players and casuals for easy kills. It really is a catastrophe on Respawn's part to disallow the reporting of cheaters on console, and fail to acknowledge or speak out about the cheats destroying their game from the inside.

    Obviously Respawn isn't to blame for morons cheating directly, but their silence and lack of action and acknowledgement on the ever-increasing matter is deafening, and is ultimately going to be the demise of the game if nothing is done immediately.

    I played the game at launch, vouched for it being the best, most refreshing FPS/BR game available. Played all the time, loved it. Fast forward to now, and I ONLY play because my partner plays and enjoys the characters and its playful nature compared to other BRs. If my partner didn't play Apex, neither would I, and I used to recommend the game to everybody.

    @S8N_SpawnPlease actually read my post without commenting irrelevant info. Tired of replying to comments which have nothing to do with the post. If in English "I feel as though" somehow means "the community feels as though" then i don't know what to tell you.

    @MoNosDirtyGaming I did read your entire post, it's just a combination of things people complain about with the basis of people are quitting.

    But you started out by saying "With this thread I want to tell the developers what myself and everyone else in the community thinks about the game as a whole", and no, you don't get to speak for everyone else in the community.

    @S8N_Spawn But a lot of people are saying they are quitting, he’s talking bout the half that are leaving the game and not the whole community

    So you're telling me if a company lose their DAY 1 BIGGEST STREAMERS then that means there's nothing wrong with the game? lmao

    Dude, English is my second language and right now I feel like you're the one alienated to it.

    Since for some weird reason you fail to fathom English properly i'll simplify it for you. It is a thread with my opinion on why the game is going downhill, mixed with multiple comments below it of why others think the game is going downhill, thus community. 

    Maybe you still didn't understand. Let me simplify further. 

    What does thread mean? Let me help you out.

    If you still think I speak for the community, then this is a YOU problem, not me.

    @MoNosDirtyGaming Well, since they paid their day 1 biggest streamers, yeah, it means nothing. They didn't play because they loved the game, they played because they were paid.

    Congrats, your English is pretty good, but that doesn't change what you said. Which is speaking for the community, now if you are trying to open a discussion for everyone to speak in, then just say that. But what I think you're trying to get at is "I'm going to list a bunch of complaints/gripes others have in this post"; which STILL isn't "everyone else in the community".

    I'm not quitting the game, and if I did, it wouldn't be for any one of the complaints you listed, and I know I'm not the only one.

    @Sylvester9991 There will always be people saying they're quitting any game and they will for any number of reasons (not just what is posted here). That really doesn't matter at the end of the day, because there are just as many people starting or coming back to the game as there are people leaving, or else the game would already be dead.

    But you just said it, it's not the whole community, but he was saying everyone else in the community thinks the same thing, which is no where near the truth.

    @S8N_Spawn I'll try to be as clear, precise and to the point as possible.

    You have misunderstood the thread entirely. I'm not trying to speak for the community (because I'm a part of it, just like you are), I'm trying to get a thread full of comments as to why other players within the community (as well as myself) think players are quitting. This will give Respawn a better understanding as to why players are quitting and will hopefully allow them to do something about it before the game ends up dying. Does that make more sense?

    @MoNosDirtyGaming Yes, it does. Hopefully there are enough people who have quit that are still posting here to get a good discussion going.

    The only people I know that no longer play did not leave for any of the reasons you listed, they simply moved on to other games.

    @S8N_Spawn And this is why I have created this particular post, in hopes that it helps out Respawn/EA with community filled feedback.

    Do you not think if the game was still appealing to the eye, it would have kept your friends still playing? These are the types of things I'm trying to help bring awareness too, in hopes that we'll see some drastic changes to the game. I have also reposted this thread as I have accidentally accepted someones comment as an answer. Feel free to comment your opinions on there as to why you think players quit.

    @MoNosDirtyGaming The ones i know who left aren't the type to stick to one game long term no matter what, they move from game to game because that's just what they do. All my other friends still play and are not looking to leave anytime soon.

    @S8N_Spawn That’s not the case for everyone. Some people leave the game for good because there is barely any content for it. Bugs, SBMM, and plenty more. I try to see on both sides and how they are both right. You try to see the good in all games and push away the bad, games will never be perfect to develop ever. This game is good but it still has it flaws

    Three things.

    1. Every title update, which is about 2 times a season, which is about 2 updates every two months (not including hot fixes). There are an infinite amount of bugs and glitches that make playing the game less enjoyable. Content in said updates is minimal at best, usually a few minor map changes, buffs and nerfs, That's it. Oh, and recolored or underwhelming over priced cosmetics.
    2. LAG. The servers for this game are awful. They are made of pizza boxes and paperclips. Bad servers will make any player quit playing any game. It's 2020, servers this bad are unacceptable, especially when the competition (fortnite) has much better more consistent servers.
    3. Lack of communication with the community. The dev team only seems interested in what pro players and streamers have to say about the game on reddit and twitter. The average player doesn't matter. Also stats like pick rates, weapon usage and other things are not shared with the community. Like the encounter win rate they always talk about is never published. They could be making that stuff up for all we know. Bugs will go unaddressed for way too long. I think the poor communication is bad on purpose. I think it is an excuse for the state of the game. Whether you like the meta, map and balance changes or not, you cannot deny that the game is busted. And the devs do not acknowledge that.

    I quit a week after season 7 started. The map design is deplorable trash, meta crutches still carry the game i.e. every single player in the game running the same three guns, several design flaws, nonsensical legend mechanics, audio that STILL hasn't been fixed, constant server errors, stupid storyline, stupid battle pass cash-grab update, ad infinitum. I won't fund or support game design companies that routinely make decisions based on the antithesis of my interests and that of common sense. I'm still trying to resolve who thought it was a good idea to put the R-99, Volt, AND Mastiff as base loot. 0-IQ development choice.
