New legend concept: Siphon
Origin: 'Merica
Display: wears a pilot helmet. A robe. And shielding equipments.
Title: Shields Thieve.
Class: Support.
Passive 1(Hard to kill): can self revive after being knocked.
Passive 2(Shield Revive) Revives teammates with a shield (og lifeline res).
Passive 3(Shield stealer): Cracking an opponent shield begins shield regeneration.
Tactical (Shield siphon): Fire a beam of concentrated siphoning energy. Upon using it on enemies. it deals 25 shield damage and heals Siphon shield for 25. Using on teammates grants them shields. (note the ability can only be used on players in front of you and not behind walls like Conduits. It also has a small reticle).
Ultimate1 (Supreme kit): Equip a supreme kit. Upon using it siphon and his allies heal their shields. Also knocked down allies heal their shields and gain a self revive.
Ultimate2(EPG Launcher): Fire a blast of energy that cracks opponents shields and heals siphon and his teammates shields depending on the damage dealt.
